I am complete Kohana Idiot and know nothing about PHP, Apache, Kohana and other such technologies, but I want to create a software for mass mailing (no, not spamming, think self hosted aweber).
I used to work as a programmer about 15 years ago, but this was long ago and I was programming in Delphi back then.
